Refund policy

Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncolored, uncut, and unaltered. Wig lace must remain uncut, and bundle ties and original packaging must stay attached.

The hair must be returned and inspected before any refund is issued. Refunds will not be processed until Dalyssa Exotic Hair Boutique receives the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong or damaged item was sent. Custom wigs, worn hair, altered hair, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
