Ready-to-ship orders process within 2–4 business days. Preorders and custom wig orders process within 7–14 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address. We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked delivered.
